I wanted to know is it possible to use kde connect without the need of internet data to turn on, actually I wanted to know if it can work without data just by simply using hotspot without turning on the mobile data on the same exact divice which I wanted to linkup my pc with, please kindly let help me if anyone knows a way to do so and if it's not possible then are there any other applications
